About Us

Student Financial Solutions provides default prevention consulting and prevention services utilizing Matthew Siegel's fifteen years of experience in the student loan industry. Matthew spent several years directly assisting borrowers with their past due loans. It is during this time he learned how to effectively work with borrowers to deal with repaying their student loans. His expertise led him to training call center staff for the largest lender in the FFELP industry. During this time he also provided guidance on how to implement policy for various servicing units. Additionally, Matthew has technical experience working with various financial aid management systems (FAMS).
